WILL YOU PERFORM FOR MY OUTDOOR EVENT?
We will perform for an outdoor event during the months of April through September provided that we receive protection from anything that could damage our instruments (direct sunlight, precipitation, tree debris, extreme temperatures, etc.). We will not perform for any outdoor event during the months of October through March.
DO YOU ONLY HAVE A TRIO? WHAT INSTRUMENTS DOES THE GROUP PLAY?
While the Trio Package (violin, viola, and cello) is our most requested group we also offer a Solo Package (violin, viola, OR cello), Duo Package (violin and cello OR violin and viola) and Quartet Package (two violins, viola, and cello). Unfortunately we cannot perform with other instrumentalists.
Will you perform with musicians from outside your group?
We are happy to accompany singers. If they want to sing a song (or songs) which we do not have in our library, we will accommodate up to three additions to our repertoire, if possible, starting at $50 per song. Our rep lists are available upon request. Unfortunately we cannot perform with other instrumentalists.

HOW DO I BOOK YOU?
Robyn will write up a contract with all necessary information (location, time and date, total package price, etc.) and send it electronically via 17hats, along with an invoice for the retainer (half of the package price). The contract will be signed by both parties electronically; payment of the retainer can be taken care of electronically or by phone. Upon receipt of the signed contract and retainer, your date and time are secured.
WILL YOU HELP ME CHOOSE MY MUSIC? WHAT ARE YOUR MOST POPULAR SELECTIONS?
Robyn will give you as much or as little assistance as you'd like while choosing music. A great starting place is our YouTube playlists which group songs together by genre, speed, and their place in the ceremony: Robyn James Ensembles @ YouTube
WILL YOU PLAY [SONG I REALLY LIKE]?
We offer a wide range of classical, popular, film, and folk music from which to choose. We will accommodate up to three additions to our repertoire, if possible, starting at $50 per song. HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO CHOOSE MY MUSIC?
Your music selections need to be finalized no later than four weeks before the event. However, we understand that last-minute bookings can occur and will take that into account when possible.

WILL YOU ATTEND MY REHEARSAL?
We do not attend rehearsals. All timing, cues, and song concerns will be addressed before the rehearsal via phone, email, or text. If we are accompanying any performers not in Robyn James Ensembles, rehearsal will take place on the day of service.
